Vivid skies,
stormy seas,
serpentine trees,
Will I ever be as beautiful as these?
Silky smooth hair,
hazel brown eyes,
a glistening smile
Will I ever be as beautiful as her?
A heart of gold,
hell bent mind,
a soul full of hope,
Will I ever be as beautiful as this?
Jaded black eyes,
heart of brick,
a soul willing to break,
they define me
But will I ever be as beautiful
as the fierce sun,
or even the majestic moon?
or maybe petrichor on a rainy day?
Oh will I ever be as beautiful as these-
