Birchs an oak, lilies afloat,
Only the faint sound of a bird's note.
What lingers in heart is only an ending,
So I'm left writing dilute on paper.
A start to a future for now pretending.
Oh, the mind and pursuit of nature.
Maybe it's a dissolution or a faint reminder,
Or a sight unreached or light unreflected.
Able to search for what I require,
Lands unaffected, river protected.

The author's comments:

nature is  place that is fundamentally necessary both in terms of physical where oxygen is need but also mentally for a healthier clearer mind.
