The night time seems so quiet
But deep in the woods it's all a riot
The night is much like something else we all know
When everything seems to move so slow
it seems so quiet in our soul
But in our mind it feels as if we have no control
Yet we hold on and wait for day to come
But at this moment in the night everything seems to be so numb

I wrote this piece to bring awareness to teens that have to hide many emotions. Many teens including me have a lot of stress put on them from their school and their parents trying to push them to be "perfect."
