If I ever lost you
If you ever left me,
nothing much would change.
The trees and grass
would still blow softly
in the gentle wind.
The neighborhood kids would
still run and squeal shrieks of
joy as they danced around the playground.
No, not much wouldn’t change at all.
School would keep repeating its long
Cycle each year.
The clouds would still be white
And fluffy, hinting at an evening rain.
But I feel as tho something would change,
something that I would not have control
Of.
But as this feeling happens to everyone,
it tends to be a hated feeling tho
It isn’t all harmful.
It is a sharp feeling leaving you dry and
Empty, but I believe this isn’t an all
Miserable experience.
For it teaches you maturity, the feeling
loss is heavy. And if i ever lost you
It would be as if I were being crushed by
The world itself.
