It’s funny isn’t it?
In the blink of an eye you can go from knowing everything,
To know nothing.
In the blink of an I you go from crying for your mom,
To telling her you don’t need her.
In the blink of an eye you go from watching cartoons with your best friend,
To watching her sneak out to go kiss boys.
In the blink if an eye the first day of freshman year,
Turns into your last day of junior year.
In the blink of an eye we all grow up.
In the blink of an eye everything changes.
Maybe it’s not so funny after all.

Today was my last day of junior year... I'm officially a senior...yay! There is something so bittersweet about growing up. I've never handled change well and the amount of change that is coming my way is quite overwhelming, but there is no better way to feel better than writing about it.
