In the realm of dark matter´s enchanting sway,
Soft kittens chase pink dreams astray,
Cosmic secrets they discreetly convey.
Whiskers twirl, tails held high,
Amidst galaxies, they dance and fly,
Unraveling mysteries, oh, how they try.
Stardust trails beneath their paws,
Pink hues embrace celestial laws,
Love and wonder guide their cause.
Dark matter´s whispers, secrets unfold,
Kitten´s presence, mysteries behold,
A cosmic tapestry, stories untold.
Cotton-candy fur, a sweet delight,
Pink skies adorn their cosmic flight,
Comets and stars, their joyful sight.

¨Kittens¨ was a very fun poem to write and it encapsulates my random subconscious thoughts. This particular poem was most definitely a challenge because it is hard to come up with motives behind metacognition (thinking about thinking). This type of poem is like no other I have written because I took random, unconnected thoughts and combined them in an abstract way.
