Darkness

As night falls the hollow grows cold
As the moon rises the shadows grow
As the monsters emerge from the darkness,
The darkness brings death
As the wolf howls the hunter makes it rain
As the light fades we give in to the darkness
When all light is gone so is all the good in the world
Blood spills
Monsters prowl
Death spreads
Darkness overruns the world
But when the lights come back on
Evil retreats
And the darkness fades like old memories
