Static Space Lovers by Foster the People
You pull me closer
Two slender hands cup the base of my neck
I grasp the subtle of your back
Our bodies lay entangled in an ivory blanket
The Darkness swaddles us, almost suffocating
Only the oscillating wavelengths of the TV remind me of reality
I bet we looked like two space lovers, floating
I try to peer into your eyes, to read you.
I don’t want to hold you too close, scared I might push you away.
But I can’t help it.
You leave tomorrow morning.
I wanted to tell you how I feel
How I’m scared you'll leave me forever
How its only been 2 weeks buts I love you
