Uninspired
My days feel bleaker
Surrounded by things that should inspire me
But don't
The blank page mocking me
The pen daring me to write
Then they both tease me with
The trash that comes out
Crumpled balls of paper fill my trashcan
The pen runs out of ink
Oh, how I long for the day when I am again inspired
So I scribbled down this piece for you
Do you ever have days when you're uninspired too?

I wrote this on Oct 16th. When writing means so my to you, it it just frustrating sometimes being uninspired. ( thankfully I’ve been inspired since then.) but I just felt so useless without my writing. Hope you enjoyed 😊
