Wanting more from where
That came from.
Same as a boy with his nose-
Rubbing dirt on it.
But wanting more than anything,
His mother's love-
Love is a warm hug.

This poem is simple. To repeat the mundane adage of “so simple, yet so profound” makes this poem feel like everything else- a repeating cycle, simultaneously, so simple- there is no complaining.
