WInter Beach
The smell received first
Salt and sweat fill the air
A weird combination
But it works here
Sound right after
Hearing the beach roar
Birds cawing sand groaning
Crashing waves galore
Touch comes next
The sand sinking my feet
The sea drifts idly by my hands
Wanting nothing but peace
Tasting is easy
The briny water fills my mouth
Although foul it is part of it all
The sand however is the worst of the ball
Finally comes sight
What a wondrous one it is
Filled with the sea
And hundreds of smiling little kids
