Null
Null, isn't it all?
Here we remain, sitting here like none of it even matters.
Arguing for hours on end on topics easily solved, things easily remedied.
Our greed growing faster.
Leaving our important things null, leaving the true light dull.
Gone now are our days of true perception, leaving only these null confessions of hate and lies for things that barely matter now.
We lack technology.
We lack medicine.
Everything we need, and we can't get it done!
We stare at these bright screens, arguing about incessant matters.
Bringing no fun.
No life.
No hope.
We fill this inhuman void of ours in the worst ways imaginable.
Quite null, is it not?
This inhuman void we share...
Our contempt.
Our hate.
Our lies.
Our animosity.
This void consumes it all.
The limited time we share!
The things we want.
What we need.
What we strive for, nullified by these dull arguments of contempt.
It's scary, this void...
It holds all of it.
None of us pull away, the void remains.
On and on...
Yet, I hope one day...
We break through.
The null void.
So we can strive, and truly live.
But we'll never know.
terrifying.
terrifyingly null.
Isn't it?
