Devil’s P.O. Box
All these letters I’m addressing.
All my demons are just guessing.
Mistreating me for my past mistakes.
Showing me no mercy.
The things that live inside my head
are jealous, ungrateful, and weird.
This subjective truth that comes around
might stay and not go.
A lie that hurts,
a witch's curse,
and a thing that goes and lurks.
As their disfigured bodies rise from ashes
they forget all compassion.
From dark pools of the underworld
I see a shadow that follows me home.
I walk away from my problems.
Ain’t running for no reason.
Catching up as I’m breathing.
Sign language might not even show what I mean.
Just stop me.
Driving with no license.
All these letters I’m addressing.
All my demons are just guessing.
Mistreating me for my past mistakes.
Showing me no mercy.
Leaving Earth,
I am not staying here.
Wings that fly.
They put me in the sky.
