Optimized Times of Day
Having good morale for a test and ending up doing well on it. Loving the moments you have with loved ones that are nice ones. Learning to live life as you figure out how to cope with your mentally corrupted mind and using the coping skills in negative days.
Being able to laugh after a hard day because of some goofy thing your pet did. The year starts off on a good note when the previous year wasn’t that good. Feeling the light of the sun on your skin when taking a walk through a damp forest.
All of these things can lift up your mood. They can also be a memory to bring up when you're feeling down. What you decide to do is up to you. Just make sure that you need some cheer for the day before making a tough decision.
