Black Rose
As much as we know
A rose is as lovely as can be
Its beauty can be seen from a distance
And fragrance drips from its sweet petals
Roses are yet deadly
Careful, for its thorns will prick your finger
And blood the color of the culprit will flow
Think of roses as the end
End of love,
End of friendship,
End of life
We stay underground
And many will wish for one rose
Many will crawl from their hiding place
Just to be deceived by a single flower
Stay strong and hide
Hide for a while
The world is not safe no more
Try to let go of that rose
A memory that leaves a bitter sweet print
All you can do is curl up
And wait for that one bird to do its once more
