Blue iris for eyes

Beauty in soul and sound

Look deep into my eyes

As night falls


Love is whatever you call it

But I let you go with blood that drips

Coldly through your fingertips

So softly

 

Hands that used to hold mine

Clasped them at your heart

While you feel my heartbeat

My eyes wonder even more


Breath in and out

Let go to whatever you held once

I let go to whatever was once

As I look deep into deep blue irises
