Soon to be a Cyclone
Soon to be a Cyclone,
a scared and nervous one.
A Cyclone afraid of Ames,
uneasy of leaving her family.
A Cyclone meeting new friends,
creating a new routine.
A Cyclone that will get lost,
filling her with anxiety and fear.
A homesick Cyclone is what she will be,
wishing to go back home where she feels stress free.
One day, maybe one day she will feel like Ames is her place.
She will be a Cyclone that feels safe in her new home,
a Cyclone with a lot of new friends,
A Cyclone who is no longer homesick,
but instead, will be one that knows she can go home whenever.
A Cyclone with supportive loving parents,
Cyclone parents that will always have their door open.
One day, maybe one day,
I will not be a scared and anxious small town girl.
But instead, I will be a Cyclone that has found her place to stay,
A girl who will find a new life, living the Cyclone way.
