The bubble is there
It is unseen
No one can feel it but me
It is my own personal bubble
It keeps me seperated
It holds me back
I see the things going on around me
They don't affect me in the least
I hold on tight to my cheast
Breathing in the polluted air
My bubble is slowely suffacating me
I need out
I must get away from the bubble
I must let myself feel
I must get away

The author's comments:
My best friend, and pretty much sister, lived in California, and she was always complaining about how Tennessee was it's own world, stuck in a bubble. I started seeing what she meant. I know that I have a bubble around me, yet it is also working as a shield. Eventually, if I don't pop the bubble, it will suffacate me.
