I wanna be me
September 27, 2009
I have a lot of friends
But I feel so alone
Sometimes I want it all to end
No one will have to know
I just can’t shake this feeling
Of sorrow and regret.
Of all the nightmares I’ve had
I’m living the worst one yet
I hate myself and no one can see
Demented thoughts corrupt my head
This isn’t really me
Nothing will stop the tears I shed
Someone please save me
Uplift me from this despair
I want to be happy again
Someone please care
Break me out of this prison
Fight till this war is won
Please help set me free
I just want to be me
