Eyes slowly close
Pencils each fall
Notebooks neglected
Bored Students.
Shrill ring
Pierces air
Like pebble in water
Class wakes
Rowdy teens.
Rustling paper
Chattering voices
Pounding feet
Empty classroom
Bewildered teacher.
