Cold and Wet

Anything to gwt out of the cold and wet!
The former bites,
Stings all sensative faces
And turns fingers, ears, and toes
To stone.
The latter is the former's sidekick
Worsening the weather
Glooming the sky and our good spirits
Soaking and molding shoes, sock and more
These two villians of nature
They have an alliance
But they both fight for the most damage
Their selfish, fiendish, inbred desires.
Not that any of this matters to me:
For all I know is that I'd give
Anything to get out of the cold and the wet!
