Off In The Distance
That place off in the distance, with all of those people.
Do you see that?
I do.
I’ve been to that place.
Those people won’t talk to me.
There society is too elite and high-class for people like me.
Like us.
You’re like me.
You know me, I know you.
They won’t like us.
They’ll glimpse at us for a half a second, literally,
and go back to there ways.
Back to all those people in the distance.
And we will leave.
To go find our home.
And then people will see us, just us two.
In our place off in the distance.

Be careful of 'there' s. When you're talking about people owning something, you say 'their'. When you're talking about people being something, you say 'they're'....just for future reference...:-)
