Then heated water laps at and tempts the skin.
A lingering touch welcomes abrupt sensations.
Not certain of right and wrong we fall from grace.
We lean upon the heart strings of a greater being begging for forgiveness and guidance only to repeat the clueless scene.
Insanity embeds itself within the shallow walls of man's cranium,
While thoughts escape through the forever open portal to the speaking world.
Criticized, the thoughts flow rampantly back fearing certain death.
We know not when to step off of the edges of the cliff when beauty entices our aggressive animal instincts.
Be like the others and obey the man behind the tattered, blood spattered, gray curtain.
