The Clock
Tic tic tic,
we watch the clock from that simple chair we sit in watching,
just watching time float by slowly with simple tic tic tic,
tic,
tic,
tic,
it starts to hammer on the walls,
tic,
tic,
tic,
pounding my ears,
tic,
tic,
tic,
pounding,
pounding,
POUNDING,
tic,
tic,
TIC,
your life floats by to that simple rhythm,
tic,
tic,
tic,
but with one perfect crash the clock tics no more,
and we leave that simple chair to go live our lives,

I imagined a person siting in a chair looking at a clock and the longer they sit there the louder the clock gets so finally they stand up pick up the chair and smash the clock.
