Oh mother earth how can it be,
Your colors are so brilliant but your future so weary,
Your home to many who care so few who aren’t aware,
We abuse what you provide us just for our needs but do we really need the things that kill our trees,
You have brilliant waters, land, and mysterious creatures,
We kill for sport and buy for fun,
Why can’t some people see this beautiful land,
Some people destroy you for their needs,
Some people save you for our needs,
So can we help you mother earth,
Why can’t we live in peace oh mother earth,
We are here to help not destroy you oh mother earth.
