The New World
Opening my eyes
To a new world.
A world
Where butterflies
Flutter;
Where hugs
Are welcomed;
Where dreams
Are encouraged;
Where the rainbow
Is so much clearer;
Where war is just
A myth;
Where crime
Is dead;
Where the colors
Are ever so
Brighter!
This world
Is created by us.
We see
What we want
To see.
Our minds
Can brighten
Everything.
But we need to open
Our eyes to it
And create
A new world.
