To anyone who tried to fly away
But found themself tied down

To anyone who who tried to swim
But began to drown

To anyone who had something to say
But found they couldn't make sound

For everyone who didn't succeed at first

But did the second time around

This poem is mainly about the fact that the first time you try, you will most likely fail, but that's alright as long as you try again and learn from your mistakes.
