No Longer Afraid
And I remember walking through that dreadful place
So dark I couldn’t even see your face.
Fear doesn’t even seem to have the same effect as it did before
Not even when I’m alone in the house and hear someone at the door.
Safety is having you in my life and that you are watching over me
It is the one and only way that any of us can truly be set free.
I know that you’re in my heart
And you’ve been there from the start.
Most friends come and go
But I know that you’re here for the whole show.
Faith is believing in what you don’t see
And faithful is how I choose to be.
