Locked Away
Your eyes are an asylum
 the blackness shows their depth
you'll hide your tears inside them
your grief is never to exist
 outside your own barrier
you'll never let the pressure show
 it will grow inside
 and wait for an escape
 when your all alone
and you'll wait for the light to shine
knowing it will be a long time
but this is where you'll stay
you think your only safe locked away
holding tight to all you precious fears
 you won't let go
though your sanity is only false hope
your looking for a bright light
to guide you through these dreary nights
 well nothing shows
and now your here forever standing
 left alone
