Rain..
And the raindrops fell across my cheeks
as I looked up at the sky,
But the moon and stars had disapeared
and so the clouds did cry.
The night was dark, as day is light
And the air was filled with sounds.
Thunder boomed and lightning striked,
as the rain fell to the ground.
The city lights shone through the darkmess
T'ill mornings light broke free,
And the sun will shine above the clouds,
Until the rain has ceased.
