I feel the stares,
as I walk down the isle.

The happiest day of my life,
has finally arrived.

I keep my eyes on the floor,
so I will not fall.

When I see the steps,
I look up at him.

His bright green eyes,
are shinning brightly.

I never thought,
this day would come.

You lift you hand,
to take mine.

We turn to look at the pastor,
and he starts to speak.

Finally,
It is time for the "I do's."

My heart is fluttering,
and I can't wait.

He says I do,
and slips the diamond filled ring,
onto my finger.

It's my turn,
and I say I do.

I put the ring on his finger,
and smile up at him.

He returns the smile,
and the pastor says,
"You may kiss the bride."

He looks down at me,
before kissing my lips softly.

Then,
he scoops me up into his arms,
and carries me out of the church.

This is the day,
I will always remember,
and the happiest day of my life.
