That One Friday Night
I was a Friday
The second week of September
There I saw you
Your back to the wall
You seemed intimadating
Your black hair and sad face
They told me you were different
To stay away
But I knew there was more
As I approached you
Your back stiffened
I said hello and smiled
You said hello back
And we started talking
You weren't, so bad
But when the night was over
The feeling was sad
I gave you my number
I'd knew you'd need it
But now it's January
You changed my fate
I know you're different
Happier and smiling
Just that one night
Changed us both for forever
