Soft and tender,
tears pool in your eyes
You cry and cry,
until there's nothing left in you
how long will it take for the pain to go?
Only God knows
You're so sweet and innocent,
everything scares you
He listens to you,
and each day ,
slowly, the hurt turns into love,
love that he's given you
For the first time you know what it's like,
to be wantedYou used to cover yourself up,
not anymore
The pain will end now,
for he is here to end it
