when mother said i'm sorry
i never thought i'd see the day
when you would tell me that your sorry
and i never thought i'd hear you say
i'm sorry that i made you worry
well mom i forgive you
and that's all you had to say
but i have something to say to
that is my pain won't go away
actions are the key
tho words are nice to hear
it's easy to deceive
and the truth people fear
mom i am not only proud of you
for who you have become
i hope you know i'll ALWAYS love you
but now you are number one
those few words from your heart
are what mean the most to me
it's a begginning and a start
and now i don't hurt so deeply
