Haiti (Inspired by Wallace Steven's "Disillusionment of Ten O'Clock"
the Houses have crumbled
remains on the Families
they are not rejoicing
not dancing with glee
not thanking their Lord
it was them,
and not He
if They could turn around t i m e.
so They were the ones
stuck under rubble
never giving up hope
through a terrible trouble.
However,
the dead are lucky.
they bear no loss
