Favorite Quote:
"I love writing. I love the swirl and swing of words as they tangle with human emtions," James A. Michener.

Lies slip past your lips
While tears fall down my cheeks.
A heart that was once racing
Is now shattered to pieces.
Hope still flutters
But reality is a cage.
You took away my dreams
When you told me those things.

The wishes I made
Are now just wasted time.
The butterflies I had
Are now a twisted pain.

Trapped in your unspoken words
By things not meant to be heard.
Longing for the truth
That is still unspoken.
I whisper a single prayer,
"Please let me live through this."
