Fixed in the darkness
with broken smiles
broken tools
fixed for life in a dimpling shadow
her broken face
You're right tonight
she'll smile in your way
but never with her own lips
never hers
tell me, what did you fix?
She cries
red wine and red wine
down her faulty face
broken, you say
broken, they say
Broken, they all say
maybe today, but not yesterday.
