On the outside
Giving you smiles
Laughing
You never know
If they are hiding
In the shadow of that smile
A deep dark secret or
Emotions they are afraid to deal with
The shadows of life are
Different for everyone
You don't know what
Can be lurking
In the shadows
Of Life
