I try to forget you
too stubborn to regret you
but you keep coming back
through texts and calls
say you love me
but love to watch me fall
I loved you
gave you my all
stomped on my heart
broken
I wanted a new start
wanted to forget
so sick of regret
I just pass by
numb
I’m living a lie
the lie of you hurts the most
I could tell you I love you
but what’s the use
you’ll just lie
so I’ll just sigh
and watch time pass by
