All has left,
yet the mind still hovers,
holding onto things most missed.
To feel, a sensation.
water caressing worn limbs,
and kissable muzzles that nuzzle a back.
A soft touch sends a spark from one hand to another,
while the familiar weight of jewels rest.
Soothing repetition of clicking pens,
when they’re absent from a scripted page,
(whose design differs).
will be a loss to curious eyes.
Excited emotion brings breathless tears,
and pure delight that spreads upon one’s face.
Think! of all enjoyments.
