The Girl Who Lived Twice
Taken for granted,
An angel without her promised wings.
She has seen the gates of heaven,
And the sins of man.
She has walked on clouds,
And walked on gravel in an alley.
She has danced in the rain,
And danced above it.
Rest and collect yourself,
Think with your heart.
Live carefree and observe with me,
This world you've been in and out of,
Tell me what the other side was like,
And when you go again, take the world with you.
Her name is Miracle,
Her thoughts are a mystery,
Her voice is new,
Her breathe is a strangers,
And her love is mine.
The gift to live twice,
Is only hers,
And she's watched over me,
Since fate took her away,
But she's back, unexpected.
Love, renewed.
Angel,
Be human with me,
I'm not sending you to the crypt again,
Restraint and fear,
Love and confessions of it.
Her name is Miracle,
Her thoughts are a mystery,
Her voice is new,
Her breathe is a strangers,
And her love is eternally mine.
Hurt so many times before,
How many more feathers are on your wings?
Can you take it forever?
In love with love,
Hope is better suited for you than the world.

Is this the girl you like? You have a nice way of capture her.
I like the way this poem could be interperted differently.
It could be a physical person, the idea of one, or a miracle.

Favorite Quote:
To love, to be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and vulgar disparity of the life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget.”
The depth to this is incredible! I think I am going to make this one of my favorites...
Other than that, I am speechless
