knowing ourself

While we make it really hard to get know ourselves,
When we dig deep enough we find it really isn’t all that hard.
With a little luck, some help from family and friends, and a passion
For what we do, not only do we slowly get to know ourselves,
We find that being contempt no longer satisfies us
Living life to the fullest and being happy while we’re doing it
Is the epitome of what we aim for everyday
And nothing less will do
In other words, pure bliss.
