With smiling faces
and shimmering eyes,
there's nothing that bothers them.

With perfect hair
and a stunning body,
there's no reason to worry.

Who cares about how smart they are?
What they care about?
If they're nice or not?

Dumb or not,
Passionate or not,
Loving or not,

They're automatically accepted.
Accepted into this reality
we call our world.

Teenagers, Adults, Kids
We all want to be accepted.
Even if it hurts.

Fitting in gives you power.
To be the one that everyone looks up to,
Even if when you get there, you frown.

Because you realize you don't like it there.
It feels superficial,
fake.

No one realizes how you're not the real you,
Until they get there.
And then they realize they don't like it.

Passing it on to another generation,
a new person who wastes their life on something
so artificial, even if it kills them.

But that's what we all want.
To fit in and to be perfect.
To be fake.
