Reminiscing
My head throbs
 My heart hurts
My feet are sore from backtracking where we went wrong
My brain is slowly forgetting the once, me and you
My eyes are tearductful and like a dam that’s just been broken
 My tongues kind of lonely
My fingers miss the person that use to fill the spaces between them
Reminiscing on the old you and I
What used to be but will never be again
Because soon my tongue will find a new partner
Soon the gaps between my fingers will be filled
 And soon ... very soon
My head will be clouded with thoughts of a new love interest
And then hopefully soon I’ll forget all about you!
