Because I'm falling
asleep awake my limbs
aare made of lead a scream

frozen in my throat
as I try to warn them
of the coming danger

but they cannot hear
me or they will not
heed my call am I

doomed to forever
stand idly by yearning
but always ffalling a

little short I pinch
myself to wake up
but I'm falling

asleep awake
