Sitting in your arms watching the sunset leaning against your chest
I feel happier than I ‘ve ever been.
The lights bleeds out over the horizon
Its scary to know that something so great
Can be taken away so easily and so quickly.
The beat of your heart is like the waves
Hard. Safe
You’ve let me in
I never knew I could open myself like this but I have
And now I’m lying in the dust
My body strung up like a carpet to walk over
I hate what you’ve done to me
