I am but a small voice,
in a small, small world.
I am but a little bird,
trying to be heard.

I am but a length of yarn,
waiting for the loom.
I am but a young rose,
yearning to bloom.

I am but a strand of hair
in a beautiful curl.
I am but a child now.
Just a little girl.

I am but a small voice,
but someday I will be heard.
I am but a chick now,
bue someday I'll soar like a bird.
