I'm Going Home.

My life has never been perfect.
I was never a very good student.
But a university let me in,
I dug right in,
And now I'm going home.
I finally finished all my courses,
Two long years but I'm finally working.
My dad will smile,
My mom will cry,
Because I'm finally going home.
