I don’t know why
I don’t know why I must cry
In my heart is where my sorrow lies
To the surface of my eyes
The salty water urns to rise
All happiness suddenly die’s
Covered up by all the lies
My dry mouth quickly sigh’s
I would run from the darkness if I was wise
But I was held in place by family ties
My heart shrinks smaller than its natural size
And then I knew why
I knew why I must cry

I loved the feeling and how it was short and very rythmic. I really felt the way u must have when u wrote this, which is a very good thing. I have felt the same way many times before. Keep writing poetry. Thanx (:

A few apostrophes were there when they weren't supposed to be, but overall I did like the feeling to it very much.
