"Not only is another world possible, she is on her way. On a quiet day, I can hear her breathing."

This day’s been hard,
Yeah this night’s been hard
But tonight I’m straightening it out right

I’ve got the cure in my bag,
A little flask of courage
To set this day out right

I’ll start with a sip, just to cool my lips
It warms the stomach, feel the rush
I’m straightening this day out right

I sit in the grass, with my little flask
Under the nighttime air, flying around
I’m content and cool, just straightening my day out right

I know this is wrong, but I hear my favorite song
And the world starts to melt
My flask is near empty, I feel quite dizzy
And my day is turning around

I’ve drank to the bottom, from there I lay back
And watch as the sky begins to spin
My head is achy, this ground is quacking
But my day sure as hell has been good.

I know I can stand, just try and I can
I have to make it back home
With flask in tow, I sneak to my room
And lay down as I begin to cry

My day may be well, but it’s not worth a life in hell
This cure can’t last forever
It’s all I need now though, so I’ll sit and cry for a bit
As my flask falls to my feet, I’ve set this day out right

I fall asleep now, with dreams of a thousand flasks
They know now I’m their prisoner
And when I wake up, with a throbbing head
I know I’ll search for more.
